Regression Therapy and Intuitive Counseling

I, Grandmother Carmen will create a very sacred and safe vessel for your individualized healing. Intuitive counseling  opens the door for spirit to bring you exactly what you need for your healing. Together we will design a treatment  using  various techniques to deepen the understanding of oneself and to clear away  issues that  no longer serve you and are blocking you from your joy, love and happiness. These techniques are safe, gentle, effective and very powerful!

These may include:

  • Rescuing  your inner child from the trauma, neglect, and emotional pain of the past.
  • Providing the inner child with the experiences of a nurturing childhood and creating with you a loving inner world in which you feel supported and loved.
  • Strategies for contacting, testing, and working with the Inner Guides through regression therapy,  meditation , and shamanic practices.

Regression therapy is based on Alchemical Hypnotherapy. It is a process of working with your inner guides which help you to effectively approach health, happiness, relationships, prosperity, and most important, your spiritual purpose.

I,Grandmother Carmen will lovingly and gently use healing energy, emotional release techniques, reiki touch, breath, music, sound healing, prayer bowls, tuning forks etc. to help achieve integration on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

These techniques may help with:

  • Releasing stuck emotions (depression, anger and childhood trauma).
  • Reclaiming one’s soul due to a loss of a loved one, illness, an accident or abuse.
  • Connecting one with oneself.
  • Reclaiming one’s personal power.
  • Shifting the dense energy of fear, anger and grief into the lighter energy of love.
  • Contacting past-life memories within the collective unconscious to access creative abilities, resolve trauma, change karma, and alter contracts with significant others.

I,Grandmother Carmen have served  a wide range of individuals; including children, youth, adults and seniors  to face their fears and  personal issues.
